很奇怪的現象：
永信建設集團旗下的吉松建設的屋件在高雄左營青曦流域，都不賣給顧客，價格抬得很高不想賣，但當你看實價登入，又有屋件賣出，價格又壓得低。現在只有39間賣出，沒人有興趣？
想請教一下永信建設高管，你們青曦流域的屋件只賣給你們皇親國戚所以無論其他顧客如何出價你們都不會想賣嗎？
請開示？
A very strange phenomenon:
The houses built by Ji Song Construction, a subsidiary of the Yung Shin Construction Group, in the Qingxi watershed of Kaohsiung Zuoying, are not willing to sell to retail customers. They are being priced very high and the company doesn’t seem willing to sell.
However, when you check the actual transaction prices, some houses are being sold at much lower prices. Currently, only 39 units have been sold, and no one seems interested?
I would like to ask the Chie Executives Officer of Yung Shin Construction, do you only sell these houses in the Qingxi watershed to your own privileged connections?
Is that why, regardless of
how other customers bid, you don’t want to sell?
